I have three dtv remotes and a new one, RC73, that I just received from customer service today. Then it freezes up all commands (volume, mute, channel control etc). Usually I can use Google Assistant to turn off tv. I wait 5-10 minutes then turn it back on. If I use the remote it’s back to normal.
